The MicroPDP-11/73 was the "mid-range" model in Digital's MicroPDP line. It ran on a 15MHz J-11 CPU, manufactured by Harris Semiconductors, with 22-bit memory management. The early J-11s were known for having "buggy" microcode.
The MicroPDP-11/73 was available with several case options, including pedestal or rackmount, floorstand, or 42" expander cabinet.
